We are very excited to announce the return of the 4th annual DIFA (Do It For Aaron) Summer Festival. The Festival will be held on July 27th and 28th at the Brockville Legion Grounds. The goal is to build on previous years success and continue to make the DIFA Summer Festival an event to be enjoyed by everyone in the region.

The DIFA Foundation was founded by Kelly and Willy Stevenson after the tragic loss of their son Aaron. The festival began as a way to ensure Aaron’s love for music would live on. To date, the DIFA Foundation has raised over $80,000 for local youth initiatives. Of this, the 1st annual DIFA Summer Festival raised $33,000 that was donated to Brockville’s 3 high schools, which supported their music departments and enabled them to expand other programs as well.

Non-stop music hits the stage on Friday July 27th, from 4pm to 11 and continues on Saturday July 28th from 11am to 11pm. The entire weekend will be filled with music from many local bands and artists.

In addition to amazing music you will not go hungry. DIFA will have several delicious food vendors serving hot and fresh favorites.

The aim of the festival is to make local music affordable to all. Ticket prices are still being determined but to keep true to our aim, prices will be kept to a minimum.  We hope that the low prices will encourage everyone in the community to come out and enjoy an amazing weekend of music and food. DIFA Summer Festival will be this year’s premier music event. Don’t miss it!

It is also not too late for companies and individuals to help sponsor the event. Through your generous donations we have been able to put this event together.
